Omnience™ Events‘ digital transformation
We’ve started working with this amazing event planning company based in Atlanta, GA at the end of 2017. From revamping their social media platforms, to working with them on designing specialized ads for industry media like Bizbash, to finally launching their brand new website earlier this year, we’ve loved every minute of collaborating with such an awesome company!
Our pride and joy definitely has to be the launch of their new website. On the new website, Omnienceevents.com, users will find a clean experience designed to convey their ample list of services as an event management agency. Filled with rich content written specifically for event industry insiders and those looking for expert advice, the new website makes it easy to build a connection with Omnience™’s knowledgeable professionals.
The site includes new features and information, created with user’s perspectives and needs in mind. New features help quickly and easily connect users with services and education about how to optimize their events. Some of the new features include:

Original web design for San Jose’s Original Mexican Restaurant
This has got to be the most delicious brand to work with in Florida! We redesigned and launched their website earlier this year, created special printed flyers for even more special occasions and gave their social media a well deserved refresh.

We created online exclusives, like their E-Club where their loyal customers can receive special offers. Our specialty blogs about how certain dishes came to be, constantly receive a lot of praise as well. But one of the stars of the show has to be this creative kids menu we designed.

We revamped her website and created a responsive, yet professional website design that includes a special PayPal contribution feature that our team custom designed. With our new PayPal integration, political candidates no longer have to pay a monthly fee to accept contributions. They are only charged the standard transaction fee.
Partying it up with Entec
We loved working with Entec on their recent Coastal Resort Party that took place at Pointe Orlando. Beatcreative designed the event’s complete branding – from the event logo, the invitation, the reminder email marketing components, event badges and on-site signage. We also assisted the client with event registration and on-site event check-in.
Cirque de Mule event marketing website design
One of our destination management clients brought us on board to assist for a second time around to assist in the event branding of their client appreciation event. We were tasked with creating the entire event branding and identity as well as handling all the event registration and of course a stunning event marketing website design. We designed the event logo, the event’s mailed invitation, event badges, event lanyards, the event’s website, integrated the event registration Evenium into their website and managed the entire process up until the event. On-site at the event we handled the event registration, check-in, signage and event photography. Their one-of-a-kind event mirrored a cross between Cirque Du Soleil and “The Greatest Showman”.
