Ocoee, Florida– April 29, 2013: The social media marketing experts at Central Florida’s Event Industry Marketing by BeatCreative announce the opening of their new office location in Ocoee, Florida. The boutique marketing agency specializes in social media, online marketing, strategy and design for event-focused businesses. In honor of their grand opening, they will be holding a launch party on Wednesday, May 7th from 5:30 – 8:30 pm at their new location at 333 Franklin Street in Ocoee near beautiful Starke Lake.
“This is such a monumental event,” explains owner and the event industry’s very own “marketing maven” Michelle Bergstein. “Our company’s next growth phase was setting our roots down with a physical location to better serve our clients. This transition is a testament to our success and our client’s successes. We are super excited to now be located in our hometown community and right down the road from one of our biggest client accomplishments to date – The Ocoee Lakeshore Center. Working along side the City of Ocoee for the full branding and marketing of the city’s newest event facility, the Ocoee Lakeshore Center has been a complete honor. We are making great strides and I am so thrilled to share this celebration with our clients on May 7th,” explains Michelle.
The West Orange Chamber will be commencing the ribbon cutting ceremony at 5:30 pm, with a celebratory balloon release by Balloon Connection by Twisted Artz. A VIP reception will follow the ribbon cutting ceremony, and from 6:30-8:30 pm there will be entertainment and dancing provided by Standing Ovation Entertainment and Live Art by Julie, with drinks and small bites from Foodie Catering, Two Sweets Bake Shop, Three2oh Nitrogen Ice Cream and Party Flavors.
The event will also be feature paper goods from Dogwood Blossom Stationary, décor by Lee James Floral, Over the Top Linens and A Chair Affair. The event will be coordinated and supported by event planners Anna Christine Events. Each moment will also be captured by photography professionals Bumby Photography and Brandon Kari Films.
